We at Perfect Home Living recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information ("Information") collected about our customers and prospective customers (referred to as "Customers," "you" or "your"). This privacy statement discloses what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. It is the intent of Perfect Home Living to provide to you an understanding concerning how we collect your Information and in turn make use of it, during the course of our day to day operations.

All information that Perfect Home Living gathers is provided to us by our existing clients, prospective clients, local city, state and federal regulatory agencies and financial institutions.  This information is then used by Perfect Home Living for the purpose of conducting our day to day business activities.  As policy Perfect Home Living adheres to the strictest of client confidentiality and will not disclose personal Information to third parties without your consent, except as may be noted in this Privacy Policy or disclosed to you when the Information is submitted.

Collection of Information

Perfect Home Living collects the information specifically necessary to operate successfully on behalf of our existing clients, prospective clients, local city, state and federal regulatory agencies and financial institutions directly from the aforementioned directly.   Typically the collection of information can or may occur via electronic file i.e. email, fax or traditional mail via U.S. Postal Services or various overnight delivery services- to include same day messaging services.

Use of Internet Protocol ("IP") Addresses

An IP address is recognized as a unique set of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Internet so that your computer can be identified by the Web servers used to host the web pages of the Perfect Home Living web site. 

Perfect Home Living does internally audit this information for the purposes of routine and monthly system administration.  Should Perfect Home Living discover unscrupulous and or malicious acts, inclusive of code copying, harmful viruses or intentional acts meant to destroy or in any way harm the Perfect Home Living web site those IP addresses will be identified and prosecuted to the fullest extent of city, state, federal  and international laws where applicable.  

Perfect Home Living does not disclose any specific personal information that our existing clients, prospective clients, local city, state and federal regulatory agencies and financial institutions submit to us.  Personal information may be used in pursuit of servicing our existing clients, prospective clients, local city, state and federal regulatory agencies and financial institutions and under special circumstances, that Perfect Home Living believes in good faith that the law requires it.

Perfect Home Living may also disclose account Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against parties in violation of city, state and federal and international laws or in violation of Perfect Home Living’s terms of services.

All images and text inclusive of any written material located on the Perfect Home Living web site is the exclusive property of Perfect Home Living and shall not be retransmitted via digital, electronic, print or otherwise without expressed written consent of Perfect Home Living.  All violators shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of city, state, federal and international laws where applicable. Perfect Home Living is the sole property of Sheri Fitzpatrick in part and in its entirety.
