By combing its efforts with that of the Salt Lake field offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Perfect Home Living has created the initial concept and design layout for the Bureau’s Public Service Announcements that warns criminals that the FBI is proactive in catching mortgage fraud criminals. 

“For us it’s a tremendous opportunity, considering that the Salt Lake Division of the FBI covers a three state region: Utah, Idaho and Montana,” said Sheri Fitzpatrick, CEO of Perfect Home Living.    

“In our training courses to law enforcement we always drill the fact that you must remain proactive and Salt Lake’s FBI Division is doing just that.” Sheri added.   

The recent creation of announcements is the culmination of multi-lateral efforts between Salt Lake’s FBI Division and Perfect Home Living.   

The overall theme of the public service announcements is to warn licensed real estate professionals to not be involved in mortgage fraud schemes.  In addition, the announcements warn families facing foreclosure that there are no quick fixes to such situations.   

“People facing foreclosure are vulnerable and easier targets to becoming victimized by ‘Foreclosure Rescue Service’ companies that charge anywhere from $500 and up.  In most cases these people do little while promising a lot,” Fitzpatrick said.   

“We constantly are asked for names of trusting real estate professionals, attorneys, credit repair companies that can assist families when they need it most.  So in response Perfect Home Living is currently building a nationwide database of companies, indexed by state and profession to help connect families in need of their assistance,” Fitzpatrick added.
