grass roots efforts to remain proactive in the prevention of mortgage
fraud, real estate fraud and predatory lending has caused national
attention. So much so that industry professionals are reaching out
to Perfect Home Living in hopes that the Salt Lake City based non-profit
will act as the central hub for fraud awareness and predatory lending
campaigns nationally.
Although Perfect Home
Living's grass roots efforts began within the State of Utah, a state
that ranked 2nd in the nation for mortgage fraud in 2006 according to
the MARI Index, efforts are now underway for the non-profit to expand its knowledge base to
locations nationwide.

recognizing our past and present efforts and leadership role in
preventative consumer education for red flags within the real estate

During this initial
phase of growth, Perfect Home Living will continue to be a reliable
source of information for communities seeking answers to questions
regarding loans as well as other matters principle during the
home-buying process.
Perfect Home Living
has stated that it plans to have completed its first round of
application reviews for potential partners nationally within 30 to 45 days.
