As many within the legal world remember that Drage, President of the Las Vegas Television Network (LVTN) and its affiliate KVTE Vegas 35, disputed claims of fraud by TV personality Robin Leach.  In the end Leach admitted, "There was no basis for claiming fraud against Mr. Drage.  No such claim should have been asserted and only was as a result of miscommunication with my legal counsel."
