Salt Lake City, UT
/ January 9, 2007 / Press Release / -- It was certainly the first
of its kind and has been deemed one of the greatest successes in the
fight against mortgage and real estate fraud to date. On the third
of January 2007, Flipping Frenzy's Ralph Roberts, the man considered by
Time Magazine as "the best-selling REALTOR®
in America," brought to life the fruition of years of planning.
For the first time
ever recognized mortgage and real estate fraud authorities were allowed
a platform to hear and communicate direct with consumers scorched by the
epidemic of mortgage and real estate fraud.
"I want to thank
Perfect Home Living for joining our monthly real estate and mortgage
fraud conference calls which include consumers, victims, authorities,
industry insiders and experts," said Ralph Roberts. "These calls
provide a place for education and direction. I look forward to
working together to stop con-artists from stealing the American Dream,"
Roberts continued.
It is without a
doubt that this national conference call gave consumers the confidence
and support to come forward to report mortgage and real estate fraud in
a time where many still remain ashamed and silenced.
"There's such a
large disconnect right now with victims of mortgage and real estate
fraud and the professionals that can help and Roberts in his role is
bridging that gap with these much needed monthly conference calls," said
Michael Blackburn, COO of Perfect Home Living, a recognized non-profit
for its preventative efforts against mortgage and real estate fraud.
"Criminals have
sophisticated levels of communication and constantly are sharing
information that enables their enterprises to flourish and it would seem
now, that we as the Guardians of the American Dream for Home Ownership
have our own format for communicating with the world," Blackburn added.
