Perfect Home Living INC., is a 501(C)(3) non-profit committed to real estate fraud research and establishing policy that prevents fraud from continuing within the real estate and financial sector. 

In the years leading up to 2004, the financial sector failed to understand the risks associated with mortgages, real estate or fraud.  Since then industry analysts, financial regulators and lending institutions have sought to implement Perfect Home Living's core trainings that address factors of fraud -- cause, effect and solutions. 

Our solutions are based upon victims, case law and drivers of market change and while Perfect Home Living doesn't build a suite of software products,  we do infuse our knowledge and understanding of real estate fraud to make anti-fraud software, products and services better.   

OUR  EFFORTS

Perfect Home Living remains proactive in the fight to stop fraud within the real estate industry through review, monitoring and reporting on new and emerging trends involving fraud within the real estate industry.  Our organization advances initiatives in the following areas:

RESEARCH: Producing research on fraud within the real estate industry that gives regulators, policy makers and financial markets better understanding of new and emerging trends. 

PUBLIC AWARENESS: Promotion of public awareness campaigns through web-based initiatives, print marketing, radio and television.
