LLC, has announced it will be relocating its operations from
Centerville to the second largest city in the state of Utah, West Valley
City.
Perfect Home Living offers mortgage fraud training and prevention
services to lender’s, law enforcement and developers of mortgage fraud
software.
“Utah is a great place to live and work and remaining in-state was
certainly a priority for us,” said Michael Blackburn, Operations
Director for Perfect Home Living.
“We’ve created some great relations with the city of West Valley City
and the city’s Mayor Dennis Nordfelt. West Valley offers the perfect

businesses like Zions Bank and Spillman Technologies,” Blackburn added.
Additionally, Perfect Home Living has tentatively outlined a training
program for West Valley City’s 123 organized community groups to help
citizens of the community identify potential mortgage fraud scams.
“These training sessions are free to the public and are sponsored by
lenders that are committed to educating the general public about the
potential harm that can happen to Utah families that become victims of
mortgage fraud,” said Sheri Fitzpatrick , CEO of Perfect Home Living.
“It’s a great opportunity for Utah’s families to interact and learn
one-on-one with lenders and their representatives, in addition to
meeting their locally elected officials,” Fitzpatrick added.
